ODYSSEY page 1 Final Art CYPRESS and YUWONO

The ODYSSEY series I am doing with Garrie Gastonny and Saki Yuwono gets a preview in the NEXT ISSUE of Heavy Metal in a story I wrote for my old friend TOBY CYPRESS. We actually did this story a couple of years ago but it slots right in with what Garrie and myself are doing now. I posted it before but I am now posting the dialogued/lettered version.

It's a superhero story that walks in a different direction to most comics even though I am going out of my way to make the world seem familiar to you.

This is the first page of the story where the hero, Blazing Glory, isn't planning on saving the world, he plans on helping a child having problems with an abusive step-father.
